Message from Intrepid GM and VP Sam Herring:
People around the world are stepping up to help their communities address the many challenges of COVID-19. Nurses, doctors, first responders, educators and public health leaders are on the front lines applying their skills, experience and wisdom to keep us healthy, and we are all deeply grateful for their contributions. Everyone has something to offer, and it’s in this spirit that we at Intrepid by VitalSource are stepping up to the challenge and offering our skills and capabilities to be of service to the challenges facing the workplace learning community.
Our collaborative learning platform is purpose-built to migrate classroom learning programs to impactful digital learning experiences. Over the last several months, we’ve invested heavily in features and templates to make authoring new courses easy and painless. We’ve also recently updated and improved our training and support site to help customers get up to speed quickly. And our learning experience design team provides packaged course migration services to help organizations rapidly transition their in-person programs to the Intrepid platform.
For our current customers, we understand you may have new teams or team members who want to use the Intrepid platform but lack experience with it. Over the next few months as we face this challenge, we’re offering free consulting sessions to help your teams get started with new programs on our platform. And, at no charge for new customers, we will provide a package of consulting services to help new customers assess program needs, design their program, and train their team. Finally, for all learning programs focused on COVID-19 education, awareness and communication provided by healthcare or non-governmental organizations, we are pleased to provide use of the Intrepid platform at no charge.
