Challenge
Talent Dimensions is reinventing its business and has
big plans for their digital solutions. Starting with their
foundational program “Grow Here” they’re shifting from
all face-to-face and virtual instructor led workshops to a
50/50 mix of collaborative online courses and instructor led
programs to meet their client needs.

Solution
Talent Dimensions partnered with Intrepid to move their
face-to-face assets and approach to a collaborative online
learning journey. Since the courses are deeply personal and
can be life changing, it was important to find a technology
that could offer the quality and interaction you typically
find in a classroom session. They started with GrowHERE, a
program targeted at corporate employees understanding
and owning their own careers. Their second digital learning
experience to follow will be Unconscious Bias: Hidden
Perspectives.
